Zion Thursday Bible Study

At our Thursday evening Bible study we read scripture together following a book of the Bible or a biblical theme. While pastor Corben brings passionate teaching, we like to make our Bible studies as interactive as possible. Typically Corben introduces the text with a study outline and the group discusses the text, seeking to discern what the word of God has to speak to us. One of our core desires is to read the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus. We often ask ourselves how our focus text relates to other parts of scripture and how we are being invited to shape our lives in light of what God is doing.
