Choir

Zion’s choir sings one Sunday morning per month during the school year. The choir is comprised of approximately half Zion members, with the other half being members from other local congregations. The choir also presents several evening programs per year. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. New members are always welcome!

Zion Thursday Bible Study

On Thursday evenings, pastor John David will be offering classes on Scripture, theology, church history, current topics, and more. Topics will vary from week to week. Classes will incorporate time for discussion as we seek to apply what we learn together. We study and learn together for transformation, not just information.
Check the calendar for topics and date changes.

Zion Tuesday Spiritual Practices

On Tuesday evenings, pastor John David will be leading sessions exploring Christian spiritual practices. Each session will focus on a different discipline, and most of the evening will be spent actually engaging in practices like prayer, lectio divina, journaling, and silence. We won’t cultivate spiritual practices in our lives by just talking about them, we need to, well, practice them.
